In a yoga therapy session, you’ll receive a personalized intake and a carefully selected set of yogic tools tailored to your unique needs. These may include postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, meditation, and lifestyle suggestions — all designed to support your well-being on every level.

About Anna
Anna Vasudevan
Anna is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), 500-hour RYT, and Master of Arts.
She is Brazilian, a naturalized American, situated in Ohio, and received her first training in Brazil (Classical Hatha Yoga) in 1998. She was also trained in the USA – California (Anahata Yoga), and India (Hatha Yoga and Nāda Yoga), along with advanced studies with respected teachers such as Nischala Joy Devi, Tias Little, Julie Lusk, and the inspiring Anodea Judith, with whom she studied for seven years before graduating in 2025.
Her 22 years of service in the Brazilian Army instilled in her the yogic discipline and resilience to face life’s challenges with grace.
With over 30 years of meditation practice, Anna is a Kriyaban and a devoted disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda, offering a heart-centered approach to healing and self-awareness. Her Chakra Yoga classes and therapeutic sessions—available both online and in person in Brazil and the USA (Ohio)—combine asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), mudras, meditation, Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation, and Yoga philosophy to help students learn to heal
