• Stress Alchemy - Turning stress into vitality through the chakras and koshas

Stress affects not only the body and mind but the entire energetic system through which life force flows.

In Stress Alchemy, Anna Vasudevan introduces a practical approach to transforming stress using the ancient wisdom of the chakra system and the five subtle layers of the human being known in yoga as the koshas.

Through a guided 49-day journey, readers learn how to recognize where stress is stored in the body and how to release it using gentle yoga practices, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system awareness.

Rooted in yogic philosophy and informed by modern understanding of stress physiology, this method offers a path to restore vitality, clarity, and inner balance.

    Awakening of sense of security

Going through a period of extreme instability in basic aspects of my life, I was able to clearly perceive the positive change that the practice of Phivitri Mudra brought, awakening a sense of security, and walking barefoot in nature, calming my mind and considerably reducing my anxiety level. Very relaxing!
