The practice uses movement, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, and breathing exercises to help you relax, relieve stress, and manage underlying conditions or symptoms — in addition to treatment by a healthcare provider.”

    In a yoga therapy session, you’ll receive a personalized intake and a carefully selected set of yogic tools tailored to your unique needs. These may include postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, meditation, and lifestyle suggestions — all designed to support your well-being on every level.
    Investment: $108 for a 90-minute session
    Initial Intake (first session only): $60
    Sessions in person and online are provided.
